11 Beton Brut is not your typical getaway—it’s an experience in itself. The raw concrete architecture against the lush green backdrop gives the place a very unique vibe. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, and the bunk beds were such a smart addition for a bigger group like ours.
What we loved most was the balance between comfort and nature. You can chill by the pool, enjoy the open spaces, or simply sit back and take in the view—it all feels very calming. The caretakers were attentive without being intrusive, which made the stay even better.
If you’re looking for something offbeat yet cozy near Mumbai, this is the perfect spot.

The host & caretaker are super friendly and would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They also accommodated our additional requests as well. Manish (caretaker) is a great guy and really helpful.The villa is equipped with 5 bedrooms and all bedroom comes with attached bathrooms.
It has a very nice cosy pool to chill with friends/family. The vibe of the Villa is very well designed and gives a different vibe! It is very well maintained and super clean.They also provide towels & toiletries.
They also have a nice JBL soundbar which can be played if you would like some music while in pool.
The food was good as well! They have too many options and loved the breakfast! Definitely visiting again!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is easily accessible from Mumbai, making it a perfect quick escape from the city hustle. The villa is well-maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery — ideal for a relaxing weekend. A special mention to the wonderful staff — Suraj and Manish — who made our stay truly comfortable. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. From delicious meals to ensuring everything was just right, their hospitality really stood out.
